Coaxial Heat Exchanger For Milk Cooling Device

Milk cooling device is used to cool the fresh milk from 36°C to 4~5° within 2~3 hours, and keep the milk at such temperature for delivery. This way we inhibit bacterial reproduction and keep milk fresh.

There are two types of cooling ways: direct cooling and indirect cooling. For direct cooling we use refrigerant evaporation to cool the milk directly; And we can also use refrigerating medium to(water or salt water) to cool the milk in evaporation.
